"Duich" Distilled at Tamdhu 9YO // Madeira Barrique // Permutations Series III
Distilled at Tamdhu Distillery, this rare single cask "Duich" features the Pictish stones of Inveravon Parish Church on the label designed by Orla Stevens. Originally displayed as pictured on the south wall of the church before being moved inside in 2011, we thought we'd showcase them as some of the most local surviving carvings to the distillery itself.
The Permutations series showcases the second half of each tasty single cask, AFTER they are given a funky finish.
- The finish adds sweet, stewed fruit on the nose
- The palate is packed full of caramel glazed plumbs
- This is a rich yet dangerously drinkable dram!
