With an 'all hands on deck' approach and years' experience in sales, older-brother Iain looks after the 'nitty-gritty' aspects of Fib: keeping the logistics running, sorting procurement, and getting our bottles out and about.
Iain is also a qualified musician and freelances in folk-pop duo, Braw, who released their debut album in 2021.
Braw even penned an anthem about the amber nectar, Whisky in Hand, which featured in the Scottish charts. (Braw are available to play at whisky festivals, hint hint nudge nudge)

With a background in distillation and brand experiences, and a set of well-oiled tastebuds, younger-brother Andrew leads the cask selection, spirit management and experience sides of the business.​

Andrew sings and plays with his brother in Braw, and has experience singing across Scotland.
​
With good dram in his hand and a mic in the other, you make Andrew a happy lad.
Aedan Burt

Our late Founder and Managing Director, Aedan was born and bred in Fife.
He suffered a spinal injury when he was two and a half but never let his “disability” stop him.
He was passionate about great whisky, wherever it comes from, transparency, and the open friendliness of distillery culture.
He was also fascinated by experimenting with whisky cooking and cocktails and usually got it right… emphasis on the usually!

With almost two years experience being a dog, Doddie adds valuable muscle to the team, ensuring all visitors are screened for unauthorised treats.
​
He also loves a cuddle.
​
His favourite distilleries are Woofburn and Tullibarkdine.
