Fib Whisky are delighted to be returning to Bloody Scotland in 2026 with a second limited edition bottling created especially for the festival!
Drawn from a single Oloroso sherry barrique and bottled at natural cask strength, this whisky is completely unfiltered - just as nature intended.
Distilled in Rothes, Speyside, Glen Spey is predominantly used for blending and remains somewhat underappreciated. We’re therefore delighted to offer the opportunity to experience this lesser-known distillery as a single malt.
Re-racked into the Oloroso in January from a refill bourbon hogshead, this is a gentle sherry finish, resulting in loads of that original creamy, fruity Speyside character, with sticky dates and Christmas spices arriving on the finish.
