Two cask strength single malts from Glentauchers Distillery. Born in Speyside, this cask started it’s life in a refill bourbon barrel, before being finished in a 1st fill Fino Sherry cask for just over two months. Why not try them both before, and after finishing? 

Copper & Oak Series II

• The bourbon influence has a lovely balance of ripe orchard fruits and soft honeyed notes
• The sweet elements combine with fresh zesty citrus
• Giving way to a gentle maltiness on the finish

Perutations Series II

• The Fino influence has beautifully caramelised the orchard fruits from the bourbon
• Layers of almond nuttiness mingle with lashings of caramel over toffee popcorn
• A very long, satisfying, rich and chewy finish
