Our Pictish blends are full-bodied, small-batch creations with hefty cask finishes! This unpeated blend comprises of a 13-year-old Dalrymple from Ayrshire, and a 16-year-old Strathclyde from Glasgow, married together and finished for 10 months in a sparkling wine barrique. (Yes, that very famous sparkling wine from France!) 👀

• The nose gives freshly-baked brioche and crisp green fruit.
• The palate immediately offers fresh, sweet toffee.
• The finish is vibrant – almost bubbly – with a lovely long-lasting interplay of zesty citrus and earthy almond notes.
