Welcome to Volume II of the Pictish Boar - our blend of two single cask finished in French red wine! 🐗🍷🥃
Pictish Boar Volume II // Red Wine Blend
This second batch features a peated Ardmore Highland malt finished in Mourvèdre dry red wine, and Fife's Cameronbridge single grain finished in Banyuls fortified red wine.
- The nose offers caramelised toffee and strawberry jam notes
- The palate moves gradually from summer berries to crisp red grapes
- The finish ebbs and flows with gentle tannins
