We’re delighted to draw 50 exclusive bottles from this PX sherry-finished single cask, distilled at the now-lost Speyside distillery, to celebrate Scotland’s summer tour.
The original bourbon hogshead was bursting with fresh and zesty orchard fruits - a proper summer dram! We've mellowed this slightly with the two month Pedro Ximénez finish, adding a gentle layer of sticky raisins, dates and brown sugar. Slàinte!
