Copper & Oak Tasting notes: Sweet vanilla sponge cake mix, with a little char, almond paste, orange juice, sweet caramelised sugars, a delightful light spice, and cooked apple. Dessert in a glass. Slàinte! 🥃
 
Permutations Tasting notes: This dessert dram remains sweet, gaining from the cask a beautiful front palate of sweet lime creams (more the boiled sweet than the chocolate, but 2 things can be true). Some orange oils follow, with the refrain of sweet white sugars following throughout. Rich caramelised fruits also characterise the centre palate. The finish is medium length, characterised by that sweet lime and a slight subtle spice. The dram has got even more interesting, but equally delicious. Think key-lime pie. Slàinte! 🥃
