Permutations: Series 1

The sister to our Copper and Oak Series, this range represents the second half of the same single casks, but finished in some very exciting finishing casks.

Six of the seven are first-fill wine barriques from the Catalan coast of France.

The seventh is a first-fill PX Brandy cask, which has gone through the Spanish bodega system for 50 years, initially ageing PX sherry before use for use on the bodega’s brandy.
